My Own Experience with Oil Head Massage:

The Key to Deep, Restful Sleep Overall health depends on getting enough sleep, yet many of us find it difficult to do so because of stress, worry, and everyday obligations. After experimenting with a number of solutions, I discovered that oil head massage was a straightforward yet powerful way to improve my sleep. Based on my own experience, I can state with confidence that this age-old method is revolutionary for improving sleep quality and promoting deep relaxation. 4. Let the oil sit for 30 minutes (or overnight if washing the next morning). 5. Take a warm shower to relax the body further.
